In accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) and applicable consumer protection laws, all sales made through The Real Las Vegas Matchmaker are final. No refunds will be issued for any services, events, workshops, or matchmaking fees once payment has been processed.
Refunds will be issued only in the event that:
The scheduled venue becomes unavailable, or
An unforeseeable circumstance beyond our reasonable control requires cancellation of the event or service by The Real Las Vegas Matchmaker.
In such cases, participants will be offered either:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer their registration to a future event or service of equal value.
No refunds will be provided for, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts
Personal circumstances
No-shows or partial attendance
This policy does not limit any rights that may be afforded to consumers under applicable Nevada law. By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
